Reservation
Please enter the date, time, and number of people for your table. Once you have completed this step, you will receive an email confirming your successful request. Rest assured that we will promptly confirm your booking based on availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate your initial request, we will reach out to you individually to discuss the next available option.
For bookings, you may occupy a table for up to 2 hours. After that you might politely be asked to return the table for the next customers.
Reservations will automatically be cancelled after 15 minutes from the designated time.
Please be aware that all members of your group are present at the designated time of the reservation to secure your table. Failure to have the entire group present may result in the reservation being forfeited and the table given to other guests.
If you're unable to book on certain dates and times, it simply means that we're either fully booked or closed. Please try an alternative date and time
To ensure the best possible dining experience, we recommend that you inform us of any allergies when making a reservation.
Please note pets are not allowed inside of the restaurant.
Weekends
On Friday and Saturday, dinner tables are available on 2 shifts at 6pm & 8:15pm. As all tables are served at once, we highly recommend arriving on time to guarantee a smooth dining experience.
Changes
If you need to make changes such as time, date, or the number of people, simply make a new reservation and cancel the existing one. Please note that if any details of your booking, such as the number of people, differ from the original booking, you may be refused a table.
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation up to 3 hours prior to your booking time without incurring any penalty. After that time, it will be considered as a no-show.
No-shows
If you fail to attend your booking or cancel without sufficient notice, a penalty will be applied to your account for any future bookings.
